Our enterprise client needed to attract—and engage—a busy internal audience.
A US-based Fortune 100 consumer packaged goods company with operations in 70+ companies worldwide.
Devise a creative solution to engage an internal audience of fast-moving professionals. Our client needed to educate her colleagues on the company's newly defined target customer stories, but was concerned that her busy peers would ignore her outreach. To make matters more challenging, the project timeline was constrained and deliverables were needed as quickly as possible.
This project had a lot of moving parts and fluid scope. It started off small, then grew, then grew again as it got more urgent—but we resisted the urge to just dive right in. Instead, we sat down with the client to fully understand her project needs and goals. Armed with this insight, we agreed to create one video per each customer persona, together with a 'poster' image for each, to be used for internal promotion.
We studied the customer target descriptions to identify the similarities and differences between them. Then, we structured each customer “story” in a modular way, carefully defining animations, charts, photos and other graphics to make them adaptable and reusable. To differentiate the videos, each story had its own imagery and color palette and used a unique voice over artist.
In the end, we created eight ~4 minute videos, plus 8 matching posters. The modular designs helped to shorten the production cycle, allowing for a quicker time-to-market. The results were clear, high quality, and engaging. Our client was thrilled with both the speed at which we were able to deliver this complex job—and the end results.
