Helping Rabobank improve
customer onboarding and communication
Rabobank Group is a leading global financial services provider with approximately 61,100 employees who serve about 10 million customers in 47 countries. The company began as small agricultural cooperative banks, founded by farmers and horticulturists in the late nineteenth century, to provide credit for their members. This cooperative foundation and the philosophy of cooperation underpinning it have remained guiding principles to this day.
We teamed up with Neodigi to help improve Rabobank’s online banking experience.
Rabobank’s online banking experience was complex. Existing instructions were unclear. Customers weren’t entirely comfortable banking online, new customer onboarding was slow, and the website design was outdated. Rabobank wanted to freshen up the website while helping customers to quickly become familiar with the online banking process.
We depicted simplified versions of the website and the RaboScanner—the personal tech item that provides a higher security level while interacting with the online banking services.
We made every video piece easy to understand and every procedure super simple to follow.
The explainer videos were key, helping customers to move confidently from real-world banking to the online platform, through desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
Amblagar responded to the bank’s request of getting the online clients quickly familiar with the new environment. And the videos we created set the design and animation standards for the company.
